What are some ways you do your part to be good/kind in everyday life?

For myself I try to look out for moments where I can do something for someone no matter how small?

Also checking myself and embracing the ides that I know nothing.

I'm nice and kind most of the time. Others think that means they can treat you like rubbish and that your a pushover but thats not true at all they just can't handle nice kind people these days freaks them out

I don't actively try.

I'm either good and kind or I'm not.

Sometimes and I emphasise that I do not mean anyone on this thread, people believe themselves to be being good and kind without considering to consequences or the wishes if the people they're bestowing their kindness apon
