"It is saying its a locked domain.. ie locked to them.. " If you own it they cannot prevent you moving it. Getting them to do it is the hard part though. PM me the domain name and I'll have a look at it, if that's ok. (I used to do this for a living many moons ago) | |||

" The registrant owns it for the length of time they've registered it for purely for making changes to it in terms of where it's hosted etc. Network Solutions, a part of InterNIC, maintains the database of all top level domain names around the world and it is Network Solutions you appeal to to retrieve a domain name that you have registered and need to reactivate (if your current hosting company are blocking you). | |||

" Cyberspace is full of people who register domains where the previous registration has lapsed, especially ones with a website attached. The presumption is that they have an added value to the previous registrant (is that the word?) | |||
