Due to pretty much a lifelong need for medicated steroids for an underlying health condition, I have been experiencing ED which has affected my confidence. Anyone use or recommend some treatment for it please?

Probably best to speak to your GP, they are best placed to give advice and test for any unrelated medical conditions that may be causing the problem.

Any ED meds would need to be checked against the meds that you are already taking so don’t risk buying them yourself.

Don't go listening to a bunch of strangers who take plutonium if they thought it would give them the horn.

Listen to a medical professional.
