"So I’ve tried training very hard over a sustained period, and intermittent fasting but although my weight is spot on I want to get that last few % of bodyfat down to get ripped. Very little sugar and low carb when eating but despite this it’s incredibly persistent bit of fat, what you could consider a definite layer you can feel. Any advice to crack that last bit?" Would be good to see pics mate to see what your talking about .. would say smash the sauna and ice baths we use this in my gym to cut weight before a fight | |||
