When meeting a couple or a single male /female how much is a fair amount to spend? ie hotel & dinner or maybe drinks only ? .....

Where a is your age, b is their age, n1 is the amount you earn, and n2 is the amount they earn.

I have no idea if it makes any sense but it's worth a try.

We'll spend the same amount as we would on a (normal) social night. If we have to get a hotel, then it's 50/50 with whoever we meet unless they are not staying.

The hotel would be down to who booked it and who is staying in it all night but it is polite to offer half whatever. As for the rest we wouldn't put a £ figure on it more if it feels good who cares.

For lots its cost nothing ... why loads are doing it ... if a alot had to pay you would not get half the people swinging. For alot its a good night out free sex and all go home with smile after and free. only if you get into hotels and meals drinks and stuff starts adding up its not like doing out to dinner or parties need new clothes and stuff all the time .. alot of the time its just the cost of getting there. lol

Don't know about the cost to guys yet but we've had only one meet and hair, make up, tan, waxing and new lingerie cost me over £100. anyone wants to share its cool with me xx.

I would ignore anyone that says that, to me that implies dating not swinging and/or she sees single guys as the lowest form of life and therefore they need to pay big money to shag her, if they are lucky

Me personally, I have happy for the first meet for the male to pay though I have paid myself when I have got very lost and they have had to come and find me as I thought I should

Hotel meets are a different matter; if I had to travel far, I couldn't afford both, if it was close to me, yes I would offer

I do all that just once a month and rest the time i do it myself if have a date .. I do my waxing hair nails and lingerie have loads and loads not new each time maybe when going to clubs somthing nice as a treat, lol

Being female seems to add to costs, I've spent more than I care to remember on clothes, lingerie and toys, but that was my choice.

When meeting socially I like to pay my fair share, whether that's splitting 50/50 or with regular friends one pays one time, the other the next.

I've ended up paying the majority of hotel bills though, through a combination of no shows and my good nature being taken advantage of. I'm determined not to be taken for a ride again on hotels as I really can't afford it.

I was once presented with a bottle of wine and some flowers on a meet - not something I'd expect at all, but as a one off was a lovely gesture.

Ah see I like that, impromptu gift, one of my meets is a record producer and gave me a CD of someone he is helping, its actually quite good

See that I agree with and hence my no more than an hours travel as I cannot deal with someone spending a huge amount on travel (not forgetting the drinks) to meet me as I cannot afford to go far

I don't have that on my profile but if I did it wouldn't mean I wanted the guy to pay for it all. It would mean I would enjoy going out for a meal and a drink and some banter to get to know the person socially before hopping into bed. X

The thing is when things are wrote down theyre NOT always read or interperated the same way as the writer meant them.

If I and most people read "I like/want to be wined and dined " it would come across that the writer didnt want to pay and she (as its mostly written on sgl womens profiles) would want the guy to pay

I read a profile a while ago and she was a stunner (I fabbed most of her pix) it said after youve taken me shopping for a new dress taken me for a meal and drinks youll have a night to remember. I assumed she'd want all the above being paid for by the guy/sucker I suppose in somes eyes she just wanted a guy for a taxi ride and she'd pay or go dutch pmsl

Some women like their independance mate and wouldnt want you to pay for everything. I suppose everyones different,I seldom ask a girl if she wants a drink as a chat up line. Most women assume a man only wants to buy her drinks and then assumes he wants sex as payment

I would'nt want anyone paying for everything on a meet,its not fair at all and would make me feel uncomfortable

My only expectations are having lots of fun and we'll share the cost of the rest

However there's always going to be those that lay down a long list of requirements to meet them and theres always going to a long line of men saying yes to themm,so it all depends on how much you think they're worth it

If I travel and distance and we are meeting at a hotel, I pay the hotel as I will be using the room after she / they have gone home.

If they travel, they can pay the hotel if she / they are using it after I have gone.

If we meet for dinner first, i am happy to pay if its a lady, or go halves or even let her or the couple pay for me.

Drinks wise, I reckon everyone should chip in.

If i meet at someones house I am happy to take a bottle, and I once met a couple for her birthday and took chocolates.

I suppose there are no hard and fast rules like much of swinging its what you are all happy with.
