Just finished an absolutely head-scrambling day at work

.

Cock worshipping. It really helps my mood, allows me to go to my happy place.

Yoga.

Going to the gym and sweating out my tense feelings.

Listening to musicals and pretending I'm the character. Singing my heart out.

Talking to people who fill me with joy. Whether it's flirting, catching up, planning a threesome...

And cooking. When I'm stressed, those ritualistic elements of cooking, the prep, the end result? It's soul soothing.

I either go to the golf range and smash balls, go home and sit on the sofa with a cuppa and watch shit or pull myself apart

"Currently in a hot bath messaging friends after a nightmare day"

Read that as "currently in a hot bath massaging friends", which seemed forum-appropriate.

For me: run/gym, cooking, wine (the reverse order works less well). Sitting outside if the sun allows. Sex, like exercise or wine, can change one's mood instantaneously. A good night's sleep can have the same effect, but takes longer.
