Depending what you mean by ghosting if its just that a person you chatted to vanishs then no.

If its someone you know and have met regular just disappear without any apparent reason then yes its worse.

someone wasting time or finding out they are fake is for me just part of Fab or sites like this,I don't build up hopes with new contacts i have never met in person.

Definitely timer wasters. Fakes are quite easy to spot. Ghousters are either time wasters or married men (usually timewasters)

They’re all equally really shit. If it’s someone you genuinely like then I’d say being ghosted. Falling off the face of the earth without any explanation can really hurt.

If it's a fake, then they are wasting your time & will probably ghost rather than reveal their true self...

They're all pointless really

The fakers are fairly easily ‘outed’.

The ghosting can hurt, especially if the person posts a veri from someone else for the date you were discussing, so you realise you were a ‘Plan b’….

But overall, someone wasting your time is completely unnecessary

Ghosting happens, not such a big deal.

It's up to you how much time you invest/waste.

Not 100% but there are ways to avoid the fakes.

Ghosting especially when it's someone you thought as a friend, it's just cruel.

Out of the three I'd rather be ghosted, than find out the other two, which definitely hurt much more, and essentially make me query on how the fuck didn't I see through them

The fake, I find people get labelled time wasters because they have a change of mind, that's not time wasting, ghosting is harsh but the amount of abuse people get from a "sorry not for me" response is crazy so I see the need for it at times.

All over

It's sad when people invest time, share stuff and then get ghosted gor no apparent reason and messages left unread (seemighly). In all cases though the only and best thing to do is pity them and move on. Amongst the good decent people on here you get the weird ones too

I think we all have a personal responsibility to do our own due diligence - i would advise being cautious about investing too quickly or deeply with someone you've not known for long.

If you are ghosted by a lover /friend that is very hard, trying to seek closure where there is none

Time wasters are more difficult to pin point - at what stage does chatting become time wasting - were there signs they were just killing time /wank fodder. I'd rather know sooner than later if the other person doesn't think it is going anywhere

I would say wasting my time. Specifically when she is the one who reached out to me.

I have no issues with Fakes.

Ghosting is fine; a rapid method to euthanise an otherwise dull and laborious chat.
