Following from the aperitif thread, what's your digestif? Calvados, cognac or armagnac perhaps? Or is it a hierba, a grappa, an amari or some ouzo or something else?

Can stand all the sweet nonsense.

Gotta be a good single malt

30year old Macallan if possible but at 15k a bottle then something a little more accessible.

Just no blended filth.
