Mooncups are a popular choice. I bought two from Amazon as the size is quite important. I had to add some very small holes using an acupuncture needle to mine just around the lip to ease off on the suction.

If I'm not using sponges I use period pants.

I'm pretty heavy in general and have an retroverted uterus so find cups uncomfortable.

I don't like the body form ones.

But the heavy ones from Primark or M&S I love!

Only once had a slipup and that was I'd worn a light pair (it was a multi pack with 2 heavy one light) and given I'm a night pad for the whole time I had to change pants pretty quickly!
