Just took some crispy Chinese flavour tofu out the oven. Gonna do a Mongolian sauce, shredded Cavello Nero and edamame beans and a little jasmine rice.

I bought a half chicken from M&S earlier, which I ate cold with fresh sourdough bread and a little salad
