Morning all, thought I'd do another self care Saturday thread, and MH check in.

What will you all be doing for yourself today?

I'm on the first day of a week off, so probably catching up on jobs and boring tasks, but going to make some time to pamper myself later xx

...oh it's so a me-weekend, killed the uni finals and maybe killed a few grey cells with a lack of sleep and quite frankly horrific coffee intake

Slept it off mostly, I'm gonna walk and swim and have a real nice day tomorrow.

...forgot I had work today though, pretty bullshit, but STILL

I’m going to pop over the road to my local park, maybe with an ice cream, and read my kindle in the sunshine.

I may even reveal the fabulous, rippling torso that hides under my t-shirt every day.
