poorly tummy

Can't believe it, had to cancel a hospital appointment I had today because I'm poorly!

Quite ironic really but seem to have picked up a tummy bug and to be honest, not sure I could drive that far without an onboard loo in the car!

Just took Viv to work and that was a struggle, and it is only a quarter of the distance

I used to get tummy bugs and colds but that's a thing of the past now since I've started taking 30mg of zinc per day for last 18 months

Recommend it but just read the label first incase you can't take them
