Salted butter.

The one with salt crystals in goes on toast and crumpets.

Cook with the one without crystals.

Slightly salted usually as unsalted has hardly any taste. You have to be careful not to use salted in cake though as I did once and ruined the cake

Unsalted, I have a huge issue with salt, my mum passed away when I was younger and I distinctly remember a Dr telling me to monitor my salt intake. I don’t add it to food, and the only time I have it is on my chippy chips haha

Morning, I have always used salted and use salted in my cakes and biscuits...hasn't ever ruined them...
