I'm less keen on the surgery elements, but it's a reasonable show.

i think sometimes they work in reverse though.....no way am i losing weight to have a big saggy pubic mound that i have to lift up to have a wee!!!!

One of my concerns. I've lost nearly 2 stones this year. I'm doing toning exercises as I go, but I've resigned myself to looking like I've melted by year end.

Embarrassingly easy.

Weetabix with sweetners and skimmed milk and small glass of orange juice instead of full English at home and croissants and a latte when I got to work.

Walk the two miles to the station and not take a cab.

Fish and beg for lunch with no fat yoghurt.

Stairs instead of lift.

Water replacing cappuccino.

Fruit replacing biscuits.

The money I'm saving eating rubbish and taking cabs will pay for my Caribbean holiday and new wardrobe.

Brilliant loss. Toning exercises do help. One of my mates lost 6st in 5 months and she toned up really well. She's a size 8 now and has no saggy skin at all.
