I've tried a few times to load videos. I get error page come up.

Is that normal if they've been declined or would I get a declined message?

I recorded them on my phone.

All my other videos were recorded the same way & loaded fine

What formats do fab allow?

The videos I'm trying to load are recorded on phone & it's MP4 format
