The gel inserts help, but not as much if you've got hard heel skin. I learned the hard way

I had that in both feet for 18 months. Excruciating! A lot of people hate them but Crocs really helped as did rolling a chilled can of juice under my feet helped.

I suffered with that, ended up with an injection at the doctor's, that cleared it up for me.

After months of insoles, stretching, massage, and chewing painkillers like they’re skittles……I’ll look into alternatives.

I’ll settle for a twinge here n there, rather than the agonising shuffle I’m used to now.
