Two simple answers i would guess either a hidden profile or they go into stealth mode like me

Oh right thanx,I thought that there was just a button or something to press. Because Im on my phone the avatars are really small or because its a touch screen. Whatever the reason Ive clicked on some ppls profiles and thought OMG she/theyre not for me. Run away or just remove myself if poss

If you look under the options - privacy and it allows you to hide the fact that you have looked at profiles
