I’ll be outside briefly to vacuum the ‘lawn’. That’s about my limit for exposure to the sun. Other than that, I’ll be avoiding the heat by staying indoors.

Its a nice day but not really scorching heat. Just a nice and pleasant sunny day here. Daily sun protection though is important whatever the weather. I am hoping for some alfresco brunch or lunch later

It is a gorgeous start to the day, definitely a day for taking the bike out and getting some miles in the legs.

I do love it when the weather warms up enough so I can change from a thermal cycle suit to the short tri suit instead. Hopefully it still fits.
