I know most people would say they are happy with everything and wouldn't change anything but surely if you had the chance there would be something you would change about yourself?

I'll start... would definitely make my noise less pointy and have a better hairline haha

My teeth! Had extensive work done as a kid with many many years of braces. Got offered jaw surgery at 14, & at the time it sounded too much (jaw broken in 4 places, reset, everything wired up for 6mths). Had another spell of braces in my early 20s... Teeth & gums are still fucked up. I have an awful smile that I'm super self conscious about. On the plus side my dentist said those with genetic gum disease rarely need fillings. And he's right my actual teeth are sound... Just may have to show them off in a jar at some point

My self doubt. There were times in my past when I held back from chatting a girl up or making my move for fear of rejection only to find out too late that they had the hots for me. Still have that "holding back" now even on here and sometimes overcompensate in messages which get ignored.

That and probably would like to be a couple of inches taller!

Physical appearance I'd change my face. It's very uneven, my skin is shite, and I don't like to think about it too much because it makes me sad and that is deplorable.

Mentally I'd love to change the depression into happiness because it sucks the life and soul out of me but that ain't gonna happen anytime soon.

Easy. I'd add an extra 3-4 inches downstairs, increased muscle mass, hardened bone structures, improved eyesight and hearing. Maybe add about 2-3 feet in height aswell.

A few years ago I'd have said my arthritis pain, but I'll suffer that if my stomach was back to normal.

Physically, bigger tits. Not like huge or anything, and they're a perfectly good handful, but with the width if my shoulders and hips they look too small on my frame for me.

Mentally, reduce the overthinking and overanalysing when stressed. I'm mostly happy with who I am and how I process things, but I am far too prone to hitting little spirals if I let somwthing get under my skin.
