Apologies if someone has already started a thread like this today, but I just wanted to check in!

I've been out of sorts for some time now - I've had a few family crises happen in quick succession, and juggling work, a course and preparing for Mr Fox and I moving into our first flat has had me in robot mode just to cope (I can't remember the emoji code!!)

Tuesdays are normally a bit wank, so I hope this one is good for you

I’m good and thanks for asking OP

Work is hard atm emotionally and of course that brings some demons with it personally but talking and working through those thoughts. Not all negative thoughts though more self discovery

That's the worst isn't it, if only it could be a case of just doing the job and going home! Talking is amazing, I'm glad you're able to glean the positive from it

Shit. Everything is shit.

BUT - I am coping with some truly horrible stuff at work and I had a fun catch up with friends over a curry on Saturday.

And I have my first social in two weeks - yay!

So I suppose it could be worse

Trying to get over the guilt of doing normal things after loss of a family member, waiting to see if and when grief sets in.

Trying to keep busy socially and not isolate

Fortunately have therapy session next week as knew would be needed
