Am I usual post… but can there be too much fab? Do you feel using it can border on addiction? I find myself feeling like a I need a break from here, I’m spending too much time… almost addictive

Have a break then op. I'm always on fab but when I need a break I take one then come back all fresh

It can be addictive and it's easy to lose a lot of time reading and/or participating in the forums or messaging others. Certainly can draw us in.

I sometimes try and limit my time here and find other things to occupy my time as a healthier distraction.

It can get addictive, try a little break.

Change your password to something that you can't remember off by heart, so you aren't absent-mindedly logging on multiple times a day.
