How excited do you get before a meet and...

What do you do in preparation?

Meeting later today and she is staying over for the first time, so arguably I am beyond excitement.

Yesterday evening I went out and bought food, enough to feet a small army (overdid it on the food the last time she came too).

Last night I went to bed too excited, woke horny at 2.00, then again at 4.30 and finally got up at 8.00. I am now pfaffing with domestic shit, but shall have a lovely long soak nearer the time, and then I'll get the shivers as the witching hour approaches.

The shivers are weird cos they are uncontrollable.

What do others do in preparation? Do you get nervous? Do you have a routine? Or are you all calm and serene and balanced?

Oh OP! I was going to comment on another thread where you said about waking up early due to excitement - I know that feeling. I hope you have a truly fantastic time and some wonderful memories are made.

This will come as little surprise to anyone who's read a bit of my waffling or knows me. I get excited. Very excited.

Just this morning I've been audio-ing a friend full of excited energy about meeting someone very soon. It's daft really but it's who I am.

I do get a little bit nervous, yes. It's adrenaline, some slight nerves and the sheer joy at the fact I'll be meeting someone who says my name so beautifully.

I don't have a routine as such, a day or two before I start thinking about what to wear, making sure I exfoliate and do all the grooming things that make me feel confident and as close to sexy as I get. I tend to eat better, a lot more fruit, drink more water and be more active.

I like listening to certain music as it gets closer, those little flutters when I see a message saying "I've been thinking about you Meli". That nervous excitement as I'm getting ready on the day.

All of that is a massive rush to me, an intoxicating one I can't help but lean into time and time again.

I can’t eat and Physically feel sick with nerves.

I then have a fight with myself over what to wear and normally have half my wardrobe flung on my bed trying to find something I don’t feel fat in!

The tracky bottoms could work…. Grey ones especially from what I hear.

Maybe give the baggy sweater a miss and select a nice fitting white tshirt… big no to football shirts but that’s just my opinion…. Unless she’s a footie fan and you both support the same team… lol

just looked up the meaning to be sure: "feeling or revealing an overt sexual interest or desire."

Example "he gave her a lascivious wink"

The thoughts are there and they will not be confined to a wink!

I must have missed the bit where Yvaine has a continuous orgasm. There us a bed scene, but the 'shine' is just exquisite

My auto correct cuts in on 'tracky'! I keep failing to spot it.

In grey ones and the big sweater at the mo. Shall doll myself up. Iron will have to be used for second time this week (since the pandemic, suits and work shirts see little wear, but yesterday I had to go to a client's for a meeting).

Very excited and nervous. The overthinking of what to wear comes in, and on the odd occasion I get the shurken stomach feeling where I just can't eat, which is massively annoying because a lot of my meets involve food lol.

It takes a couple of meets for this to subside slightly, the good excitement stays, but the negative parts that can be attached to it fade, I would be very worried if that excited feeling just there. It would leave me thinking if I'm really that into them. x

It is. Two weeks ago I think the nerves/excitement were due to the fact that we'd not physically met for years (blame covid), whilst this time it's "I had such a good time last time, but I can't believe she's taken time out and is going to stay over".

Depends there’s always excitment no mater what

But if it’s someone new that I have never meet before then there’s nerves there as well

That I live up to expectations and stuff

If it’s someone I meet there’s a little but not much

I have learned not to get excited for meets as if I get let down I not be as bummed out

Someone new I'll get nervous.

And stupidly nervous and get the shakes. This is usually at its worst just as I leave my house and then again just as I get close to my destination.

I'm pretty much the same as the posters above with preparing for a meet, making sure the house is in order if anyone actually comes to me which is quite rare. But usually I go to them so it's all about personal grooming, wondering what the hell I'm going to wear etc.

I tend to have repeat meets so nervousness isn't a thing but sexual excitement is along with the person making me smile because of who they are.

This is still nerves as there is the self doubt. One of my mates once said to me when I told him I might date again, that I'd never find two women who would sleep with me. He was always good at quick with replies that others laughed at, but it does lodge in the back of the mind.

Exactly this, and it is on repeat meets. It's the anticipation, the joy, excitement, expectation, worry - all sorts of emotions, resulting in uncontrollable shivering as though I had just walked out into temperatures of -20 without a hat, coat or gloves.
