"Complete and utter shit, very recently became single from my first relationship in over 5 years. I can't think straight, cried everyday since and tbh when I go to sleep I hope I don't wake up again" Really sorry to hear that bud, hope your friends are looking out for you. Be honest and open with them. While i can't know what you are going through with my longest relationship being just 6 months I've only just recently learned talking about what I've been going through instead of keeping it bottled up has gone some way towards helping with my anxieties, that and admitting to myself i needed help from professionals | |||
