where do i find info on nvq's i.ve searched the net for hours, finding nothing.

I'm going back into the pub trade, ( for my sins ) lol

and i've got a 17 year old girl who i want to put on her nvq for bar service,

but its like flogging a dead horse...

any help appreciated thanx :0) xx

do you not need to be 18 for bar work?? licensing laws in scotland are different we all got to have a person certificate and do a course even the old hands like me!! x

yes u gotta be 18. BUT u can work on a bar from 16 ONLY if yr doing an nvq, hence i wanna get her on an nvq, cuz the jealous bitches round here will dob me in lol

a ha good thinkin batman!!! some folk really go out their way to annoy u dont they!! when i worked in pub the waitress was 16 she couldnt get behind bar or serve drinks it was murder!! xx

was different wen i was 16, wasnt quite as strict, i've been pulling pints for 20 years now . i'm better at that than pulling men ,
