Mature cheddar, jacobs cracker with butter on., together with some sliced greenhouse tomatoes with a smidge of salt on top of them and a dash of vinegar. Or a pickled onion if it’s Christmas.

Well, I’m currently 48…..so it should be all gone by December 2025. They’re pickled, it’s all good.

It’s a tough decision…..it’s either Wensleydale with cranberries on a digestive biscuit or very mature cheddar on a Hovis cracker. Both are heavenly.

I love cheese and crackers, though I tend to go for Stilton or cheddar, I do like the dried bread type crackers, can't remember what they are called
