Bought a new one last week. Sent hubby off to his man shed to build it. Then it rained none stop (good old Scotland)

Todays the day, it's coming out, I really shouldn't be this excited.

I've even got paper plates, no expense spared

(Its just an excuse to drink wine in the garden but don't tell anyone)

Hi,

I can bring steaks, wine and make a half decent potato salad - willing to share cooking duties if hubby doesn't mind.

Best

glasgow-ish

When sun does come out here, it’s the electrical noises from grass cutting and everything else. Hate barbecues as I have to take my washing off the line

Alan that's hell of an offer, think hubby will happily let you cook all the food

He doesn't even know yet, it was a joint decision made by myself. I'll let him know after his 10 hour shift

This is awesome, OP!! Good on you, I love a good BBQ. Although there’s nothing crueller than smelling someone else’s!!

What are you going to cook? There’s so much choice these days.

Well thanks very much, I’m flattered!! That’s at least the second compliment today - I don’t know what’s going on but I’m not complaining
