How mean can you be?

Hi all

I’m wondering how mean you can be (ideally ladies as I’m sure you’re more devious).

Chose an outfit for a man and name a location to have them stand / walk? No limits on outfit but obscure things would need to be bought.

Let’s see what happens! X

I love how we’re keeping this to realistic boundaries

I was thinking more cruel like mild exposure or humiliation and a little less certain death

That, however, is irresponsible and anti social.

Imposing that on others who have not consented is just not ok. To do so alongside a duxl carriageway is just redciulous.

I don't think you should impose your kinks on random people.

Wear normal clothes. Leave them on.

I can’t view the video but if it’s in a public place I agree. What if I kid sees? not really worth being put on the offenders list

this ...

when it comes to the public and you over step that mark then your breaking the law and same goes for the forums any discussions' that about flashing and public get rightfully shut down quick .... consent is everything with this subject

Feel free to shut the thread down.

At the end of the day, swinging is a kink, some could say cd / tv etc is a kink, many people on here display kinks and chat about them openly.

I’ve had lots of people love the video.

I don’t go round knocking anyone else’s kinks even the very obscure ones.

Everyone is welcome to an opinion however not everyone needs to hear it.

Nudity by the law is only illegal IF it causes offence to the witness, I’ve seen many a thing in here that will cause people offences but again I don’t comment because I grew up!

Do you know you didn't offend anyone?

Is exercising your kink worth the risk of offending someone?

Fair question for many people on here.

I’d love to know what the response would have been if I was a woman doing exactly the same thing?

From me? Exactly the same.

People in public do not consent to engaging in your kink. You're foisting it on them.

I don't care if you have a penis, tits, both, or neither. Kink is for people who consent.

Do you say that to everyone that’s on here? Isn’t swinging a kink? Sleeping with another man while married / sleeping with another woman whilst married? Dressing or displaying as other than your birth gender? Dominant / sub? Is that not a kink?

There is hundreds of kinks on here, because you don’t like it doesn’t mean you have to comment as I pointed out earlier!

If people are fucking in public you might have a point. Generally that isn't happening.

No, not all gender non conforming attire is a kink and clothes are generally not seen as sexual in the same way. To the extent it is a kink, I think it should be at least toned down in public.

I think people who foist their kinks on people who happen to be in the same area do swingers and other kinksters a disservice, by making us all look like we have no boundaries or respect. When that isn't at all true.

It's also a forum, and people can comment including disagreeing with you.

You’ve chosen to walk along side a dual carriageway stark naked where there are other people going about their day, who haven’t consented to be a part of your kink. God forbid there were any kids in those cars!. If you want to walk around naked, do it somewhere the general public doesn’t have to be subjected to it. It’s not ok.

Agreed.

On one hand, his kink wouldn't work if it's among a consenting audience. There's no satisfaction there.

On the other hand, it's about safeguarding children first and not trespassing on other people's liberties. The public good trumps excesses of personal freedoms.

Not kink shaming, but also practice sense and sensibility.

I’m simply pointing out that by me not wearing an outfit it is the same as anyone wearing an outfit of other than what society would expect them to wear yes it’s not normal yet not illegal unless intended to cause offence.

At the end of the day 50% of population have the same!

Under the Sexual Offences Act yes.

However theTown Police Clauses Act makes it illegal if it causes "annoyance to residents or passers by"

Further there are also the offences of Public Nuisance, and Outraging Public Decency.

But.

Regardless of legalities there are also the issues of morality, consent, and safety.

I wonder if indifference as to causing offence is also actionable.

"My kink overrides the wishes of anyone who might see it" seems super shitty to me.

Not generally where specific intend is required. Unless the act can be shown as being so reckless that the intent can be reasonably assumed.

Yeah, it's a high level of indifference. Does the reasonable person come into play?

Would the average passenger of the Clapham omnibus think this is ok?

(That's one way of formulating the reasonable person test, for those who don't know)
