Not had an alcoholic drink in a month.

Feel much better for it.

Didnt drink that much before and going to the gym more makes you think before you eat certain foods or drinks.

Anyone else starting to drink less alcohol?

Having a partner who doesn't drink definitely helps to cut down, although He thinks I'm adorable when tipsy..

I still like it and will drink on an evening out with friends but that's just it with very rare exception.

As a sort of depressant acting substance it never really suited me.

Congrats on changing your life style and feeling better as a result. More benefits to reap on the inside I'm sure

Likewise, my wife hardly drinks so it helps.

Ive had maybe two vodka and tonics in the last month.

I haven't really been interested in alcohol for some time. I value not being hungover on the weekends and being able to get things done.

We very rarely drink alcohol at all these days. If we’re going out for a child free night then we definitely have a few drinks and let our hair down but we don’t drink at home anymore

Only drink on a night out which isn't that often. Drinking at home just seems pointless usually.

Yes, I think it's good to take a month off a couple of times a year. I've done dry January 3 years running. I've cut down in the last few weeks and feel better.

Paradise, Herts

I don’t drink often enough to worry about it to be honest. I sometimes go months without a drink then one month I’ll be out every weekend and drink a lot more. Then it could be months again.

I think the longest I’ve gone without a drink was around 6 months. Did feel so much better for it.

.

Yeah.

I go out once a month. Maybe have a drink or two during a date.

But generally I'd rather not drink. Hangxiety isn't fun. Nor is the general state the day that follows. I can have a great time not drinking, so as much as I do enjoy letting my hair down, I'm happy to not do it lots and lots.

I didn't have a drink for 3 months, not through a conscious decision, just because I wasn't going out anywhere.

I didn't feel any benefit whatsoever, but then I don't drink that often anyway.

Last time I drank was new year. I've actually gone off alcohol for over 3 years now. Don't miss it at all.
