I've been scrolling through this site today and time and time again I see couples with the woman who only wants to meet black men.

Many say white men need not apply and that they are only attracted to black men.

Okay fair enough.. preference is preference and I'm not knocking it, infact there is something I find very sexy about it and given the choice black women would be my first choice.

But...

Not much difference to someone putting preference for 25-39 for instance when they are married to a 53 year old, or stating they only want to meet women when they are in a couples relationship. It's their choice.

Couples show interest in black men, but you go straight to blaming women for controlling the narrative in these situations. Not their partners, not the black men themselves who choose to sleep with white women presumably because they want to.

Anyone is allowed to ask for anything (within site rules etc).

Men's desires are also sacrosanct. Anyone can want whatever they want.

It doesn't mean a) anyone will get it, or b) people won't talk about those dynamics and what they might mean.

(As we see here, in a man implying a woman's or a couple's desire is somehow to be critiqued)

I'm very silly on forums....come from being too anal in my regular life. Lol!

I try to take mental and physical health seriously but then all my morbid joke about the poor state of my health comes out. If I don't laugh I will cry...I prefer to laugh as my medicine.

Quite so. I’m usually pretty silly too. Laughter is the best medicine and the forum should never be taken seriously.

I only have issues with those who repeatedly belittle others.

Ah well that's ok then - it didn't appear eloquent or erudite at all.

Neither was it fluently persuasive or articulate. I am wondering if the reference to BoJo was wrong and maybe I should have mentioned JRM's nanny!
