After a long day yesterday and very little sleep last night, my eyes have been hanging out of my head all day; I'm so tired I could cry and I'm willing the hours away.

What's the betting I'll get in bed and be wide awake until gone midnight

I get overtired.

I have tears in my eyes from exhaustion.

I'm going to try some deep breathing and read a physical book when I get in bed.

I'm reading James Joyce- Ulysses at the moment and the book is heavy.

Might wear myself out trying to hold it up

Oh that would be lethal. I'd sleep a couple of hours then be up till 4 am.

Yes, and no.

Early start. 2¾ hour bus journey on 3 buses, with 3 little ones. Carnage when we got there and then they didn't go to sleep until gone 10pm.

Struggled to sleep because I forgot my painkillers and then was awake at 6am.

I need a me weekend in bed with a hot man who loves to sleep

You get so tired you can't sleep and I just know when it's gonna happen.

I have a similar problem, get to about 9/9.30 and falling asleep so go to bed and wake up about midnight and stay awake till about 5am, I then go to sleep, the alarm goes off at 6.30 and I don't want to get out of bed cos I'm shattered. I was told to try green noise, rain and all sorts of remedies but nothing seems to work for me. And Buffy gets annoyed when I start poking her in the back about 3-4am because I'm feeling fruity.
