Dogging etiquette?

I took our dog down the woods tonight and parked on the car park. It's usually deserted at this time of night but tonight there was a car there.

As I drove onto the car park the interior light came on and even though I parked as far away as I could it was obvious the couple in the car were getting on with it, lol.

When I got back to my car they were still at it, the light was still on. I got in my car and drove off. As I drove off the car park their interior light was turned off.

Were they inviting me for look?

I've got no interest what so ever in dogging, especially when I'm on my own, but it's made me wonder what the craic is

Brighton - even Hove!

Maybe they were searching frantically for a dropped sherbet lemon?

I go most nights to walk the dog, even though it's pitch dark, I'm not scared of the dark.

If I walked up to them and pressed my ugly mug against their car window they'd probably think I was the bogey man

No they knew you were there hence the light being on, and turned off when you left, did it give you a little buzz seeing what you saw?

I really haven't got the nerve to approach a car in a dark car park. I'm nervous enough when we arrange to meet a couple in a pub or a club and there's no way I'd have the balls to meet anyone on my own.

I use to be a dogger

The only thing i can suggest is if you see them again and the same thing happens, and you are interested in watching just make it known you are there, stand a distance from the car and if they want you closer they with let you know.
