I love doing these. Whats something you've done lately that you're proud of?

Ive forgiven myself for a poor decision I made and moved on quickly to surrounding myself with good people who remind me who I want to be. Big progress from me!

Over to you wonderful fabsters. What are you proud of yourself for?

I have helped some people gain the self-empowerment necessary to get themselves out of dangerous situations.

I told my daughter to focus on what she is doing in the moment. She said it's the reason she passed her driving test. Gave me a big hug. Then asked for a car

Proud of myself for stepping up at work. Took control of a situation and dealt with it professionally and ended up with good results for both sides. First time in this job I've had to step up and take control. A powerful feeling but not sure if I could achieve the same success

I’m quite proud of the Yorkshire puddings I just made. Proper strong, tall boys. So proud that I ate one of them fresh out of the oven.

I'm ever so proud of my daughters the continue to surprise me every time I've with them.

Yesterday I let my football team I can't continue to manage next season and the messages I received in response to that made me proud.

Also looking at my career path atm has me feeling quite proud, but there's still a long way to go with that.

.

This is going to sound really silly but I don't care. The past six weeks have been really difficult for me. Really dark at times and I've shut myself off from everyone in those times because you kind of think, nope. I'm not going to be a burden.

Anyway, last night I decided to go to a social and just be me. Not hide away. Kiss the faces of beautiful people I find attractive. Talk to people who looked interesting. Actually start conversations without worrying I'd bore someone or my voice was too fucking awful to listen to for longer than a minute.

And I loved it.

So I'm proud of me for attending and being me without worrying or overthinking.

Pretty fucking saccharine huh?

Be proud. It takes alot for people to ask for help in this day and age.

I hope you got whatever help you needed and don't feel you can't ask for help again.

Had to go through the same thing recently myself. It showed the humility of the people around me and showed me I am surrounded by good people.

Blessings x

For someone who doesn't do sports and has never really been any good at them. Took up Fencing at the start of the year, and I'm progressing really well. Passed my level one foil, and currently working towards my level two. Actually looking at entering a competition in February next year. Hopefully it can help me shed a few Lbs along the way too.

your wildest dreams,

I delivered the eulogy at my mums funeral. I wasn’t sure I was going to manage it, but, when the time came it just felt so natural and special at the same time to share those words and thoughts with all who knew her.
