If you were on come dine with me, what would your three recipes be? Would you okay it safe, or risk something a little exciting that some people might not be into e.g. shellfish, chilli, vegan, or the dreaded coriander?

Also, what might they find rummaging around your house? If they found our toy box....

Safe choices but sounds great regardless, if done well. I like the craft beer accompaniment idea.

Damn my deleted with my thumb

I'm no cook so I'd play it safe.

Homemade minestrone

Crab linguine

Cheeseboard

Chocolate fondant

Hand made chocolates

Coffee

I'd go to an independent wine merchant for advice because I know nothing about wine.

We'd have to hide a lot of stuff before anyone could snoop round our house . Only this morning we moved a summer dressing gown and found two spanking paddles hanging behind it

What ever the local restaurant is serving.

I saw an episode where a competitor went to a local restaurant and asked them to provide the food, the chef even told her what to put in the oven to mask that she isn't cooking anything. Everything got delivered through the kitchen window, she won the money as well.

Not sure if the rules have been changes though since then,

Ooooh love these.I’m

Not great at what meal perfectly leads into another. And portion control goes out the window. Eat what you feel comfortable with and the dog will get the left overs.

But I’ve cooked them individually and they went down ok.

Scallops and pieces of belly pork with a chilli jam

Chicken cacciatore with Gnocchi in pesto

Apple, Rhubarb and ginger crumble with custard.
