It's Sunday. Usually a day people put the oven on for a roast. So what goodies are you baking at the same time?

I'm doing a sticky toffee pudding today. Just need to go soak my dates. That's not meant as innuendo, though it sounds like it should be

Later some pasta,

I'll, chop some garlic and let simmer in a little bit of duck fat, add a rasher of smoked bacon, add the steak mince and let cook.

I'll add some chopped baby plum tomatoes, which I chopped this morning and they are sitting on the side with some crushed black pepper and an smidge of olive oil.

Once I've added to tomatoes I will add a little bit of chille flakes. On the plate I will spinkle some parmesan.

I always make too much.
