I`ve used Sildenafil and Tadalafil and both work really well but leave me what feels like a hangover , has anyone got advice or experience on what else to try next ?

I’d say speak to your GP about erectile disfunction treatments available to you and how to improve blood circulation such as diet, exercise and smoking etc. I noticed stronger erections after stopping smoking. Headaches can be a common side effect of taking Sildenfil as well as palpitations. There’s also Cialis but it’s finding one that works best for you with minimal side effects.

There are also cbt and exercises you can do online for free to work on the causes especially if it's certain things that cause it.

I’ve found taking this slow makes things a hell of a lot sexier when the clothes come off.

Someone gave me some blue pills , I’ve not tried them ye, could be fun.

Oldham or South Shore

If your issue isn’t a physical one, and more psychological, take only half of a pill. Taking on an empty stomach helps, and keep paracetamol handy. That seems to work for me.
