I`ve used Sildenafil and Tadalafil and both work really well but leave me what feels like a hangover , has anyone got advice or experience on what else to try next ?

I’d say speak to your GP about erectile disfunction treatments available to you and how to improve blood circulation such as diet, exercise and smoking etc. I noticed stronger erections after stopping smoking. I’ve found taking this slow makes things a hell of a lot sexier when the clothes come off.

Someone gave me some blue pills , I’ve not tried them ye, could be fun.

I stopped smoking years ago , do a physical job , quite fit and healthy , on statins which dr said don`t cause ED i have my doubts

If your issue isn’t a physical one, and more psychological, take only half of a pill. Taking on an empty stomach helps, and keep paracetamol handy. That seems to work for me.
