I have a severe attack of can't-be-arsed-itis that i cannot shake !

I feel like I've lost my mo-jo and am worried this might be it!

What do you guys do to get it back? Is it harder for women 'of a certain age'?

If it's mopping and vacuuming floors or Spring cleaning I pay someone to do it.

Anything else will get done if it's at a minute to midnight.

Medication can have an effect on one’s mojo, life stresses, poorly performing partners. I’d recommend looking at various aspects of your life and see if any could be having an impact?

Ah that is a heavy burden to carry, i can see how that would impact you.

Advice i was once given was to find something that fills your soul with joy, and make time for as much of it as possible, as it will help you to deal with everything else that is draining you whilst you are living/existing through this period

I hope things improve for you
