All over

your grocery/supermarket shopping whether in person or online? Is it always at the same one like Aldi or Tesco or does it vary? Do you use your local small grocery shop if you can or is it always the supermarkets as yhry are cheaper? Personally I shop around for different things both online and in person and do try to get a few things from the local one too.

Only online a couple of times in my life when I wasn't fit to drive with health.

I scoot about and buy from anywhere really, not faithful to any store.

Tonypandy.

Usually Aldi and farm foods for big shop, because they are most practical for me. I know the layout, so don't have to hunt around for stuff.

Use local co-op for daily bits and bobs and local market on Friday for veg.

Once every few months, I will do fresh meat order with local butcher.

Almost exclusively online, and was the same pre-pandemic. Helps me keep track of what I’m spending, and stops me buying chocolate, ice cream, crisps, wine, chips and aaaaall the other shit I don’t need

Hate the thought of online shopping (unless it’s easy stuff from Amazon). I hear horror stories about substitutions and that would irritate me. If I’d planned a meal and didn’t get 1-2 ingredients I’d be stuffed.

I’m also very picky about fresh stuff with ripeness, dates etc.

I’m all about Waitrose but don’t live that near one, so I’m currently slumming it with the norms in sainsburys.

We live in a rural area, so we get meat, vegetables and dairy delivered from local farm shops. For other bits, we shop online.

Tesco online, not driving and lugging two to the supermarket isn’t easy and they scatter in opposite directions so online where they can pick without disappearing and needing tracking down

I was somewhere the other day where you had to use a pound but can't remember which one it was. I think it was Tesco but not 100% sure

I done online shopping once and almost all of the fridge items I bought had a date that expired within two or three days and there was so many items substituted. I prefer to do my shopping by myself. I go between Aldi , Morrison’s and Asda.

Prefer in person so I can see the quality I'm paying for so either Asda, Tesco's, herron foods as they get imported stock and a bargain groceries market or my pals stall mates rates vegetables mainly frozen as that is fresh from one of the above

We tend to mix it up. It depends on how we’re feeling and what we’re fancying that month for our big shop. We do try and use our local village butcher and our farm shop for fresh produce though.
