I was looking to have this done soon. Any body have this done privately and can provide costings?

Yeah, Mr KC endured the "natural" frenuloplasty. Not pleasant, lots of blood, no sex for months. Years of on-off tearing. It occasionally gives him gip now, even 19yrs later

No. A snapped one will hurt really bad. Having it done surgically can have great benefits. Add a half an inch.. deal with premature ejaculation ( I dont suffer with that ). It's just from past experiences. I can't have really hard sex as it starts to hurt. And I wanna be able to fuck harder without fear of tearing. It's a quality of life reason mostly.

Point in case. Sorry that happened to him. Has he sought any medical advice to try reduce the problem?

He went to A&E at the time. He was 18 and we had no idea what had happened. The docs mainly laughed at him and told him not to have sex for 6-8 weeks. The GP later looked at it and gave similar advice. He's been "threatened" with circumcision a few times, but it seems to settle down. He might have to opt for that at some point in the future though. It's not caused problems in recent years, especially.
