Where do you listen to it?

Did you used to listen to another one but changed for a reason?

Have a great day all.

Always used to be 6 Music, but I fell away a bit after Shaun Keaveny left. I only listen in the morning now for Lauren Laverne.

For housework I'll flick between Absolute 90 or 00s, with the odd bit of Gaydio

Radio 2

I rarely watch telly unless there is something on I fancy, like Gardener’s World.

I am partial to the Jazz show, Folk show, Country show and Rylan and Liza Tarbuck. Enjoy Elaine Paige too.

Same here. Craig Charles is dreadful. U tried, gave him a chance but that annoying laugh drives me up the wall. Cerys Matthews on Sunday though is my highlight

Manchester-ish

I love radio, I spend most of my working days either at home or travelling alone and always have something on in the background for company. I have 6music on most of the day although sometimes, in the car, I'll switch over to RadioX if it's a type of music that isn't to my taste, and if I remember, then 5Live for Elis James and John Robbins on Friday afternoon.

There used to be a station in Manchester called Revolution (The Rev) which was my favourite radio station ever. It was like a proto 6Music playing alternative music with DJs who were passionate about what they were playing. Then it was bought by Steve Penk and overnight turned into a work friendly, identikit, commercial pop station. That was a traumatic day.

GONE/TIMEOUT (No DMs please)

When I could get reception, Capital Cymru as it was handy for newish music, travel, and news from my area.

Now I'm living in a DAB black hole I'm mostly stuck on Radio 2. I tend to have it on in the background most of the day.
