Wow it’s May already and a bank holiday

Happy Monday everyone! It's time for our weekly mental health check-in. How are you feeling today? Remember, it's okay to not be okay, and it's important to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally. Whether you're feeling happy and energized or struggling with stress and anxiety, we're here for you. Let's support each other and share our experiences. Other than a shit sleep pattern and lingering bad back that brings me down I’m currently doing ok, had an exhibition of my art on the weekend, that went well.

So as always my ears here and inbox is open if you need to talk.

Hello hello.

On balance still doing ok.

But dreams have started again and moods are beginning to get a bit swingy which is a bit of a warning sign.

Need to chat to doctor again I think!

Feeling like I'm heading to a dark patch happens occasionally I now just try not to dwell on it and put it down to an off day or 2

This feels a bit different as I have had none of my usual signs and have gone from good to shit in a heartbeat fre days into it and no signs of improvement but hey ho I WILL get over it

Tonypandy.

Bit of an emotional brain fog this week, but have self evaluate and conclude that I'm doing too much overtime and not relaxing enough on rest days. Also keep forgetting to take my meds.

So will cut overtime next month and start using my alert to remind me.

Today has not been bad actually, i was wfh and feel like i was much more productive than i have been since easter, even though I had a cheeky 1hr nap, lol

Got lots of weekend family things coming up this month. I am half looking forward to it all. Will be lovely to spend time with my family, but it also means i wont have any proper alone time for a while either.
