For those of you that enjoy a bit of spooning. Do you prefer to spoon or do the spooning and why?

For me i love the intimacy of spooning. But I like to be the big spoon more often than the small spoon. I like being able to run my top arm up and down my partner's body, kiss the back of thier neck and get right up behind them feeling my body against thiers matching thier position.

I have found men who are only used to being big spoon find it weird. Then love it. I have never spooned someone with boobs unfortunately but I can't see that I would feel differently about it. Hmmm might be adding that to my goal list.

Generally not a fan, I like my space. But yeah I used to like facing the guy, kissing his neck and stuff. Then I could roll away when I've had enough, usually about 3mins later.

Though the last guy I fell asleep with, held me really tight, then fell asleep in about 10seconds. I was torn between wanting to roll away from him and just enjoying having the man I adored cuddled up behind me.

I'm in no hurry to do either again though.

I've always been the big spoon with women, I think I'd find it a bit... odd to be the little spoon.

I love being the little spoon with men, feeling their arms around me and our breathing syncing and it just feels... peaceful. I like when my body fits perfectly into another's. The lazy gentle tracing of their hands on my body, the soft kisses and easy conversation that follow.

Yes I get that. I have to feel totally comfortable with the person to do the really close spooning and most guys I have been with have taken a little while to get to feel comfortable with me being big spoon.

I am happy to be little spoon for a while though.
