Rarrrrr banks!

Went in yesterday to speak to someone about my account.

No one was available so was told we'll ring you back to arrange an appointment.

Did they ring? Did they heck!

Was on hold for over 20 minutes while a dutch lady is tried to put me through to my local branch. No joy. I was then put through to the local branch liason...in Scotland. He had emailed them and was trying to call them, no answer.

I finally got a call back and have now arranged an appointment.

Funny if I owed them money it would have been answered by the first ring!

Why its call centre is in Holland fook knows and its local liason office is in fecking Scotland?!!!!

I know its due to it supposedly being cheaper but it doesnt make sense having a local branch thing blooming miles away and even they cant get through!

be intetesting if it was so difficult to get hold of them if I owed them money

...I've been sent to India to train staff who later took over our jobs in my previous company in a bank which I won't mention. What happened after was horrible. You have to double check every task we sent to India. My next move was to leave before they call me for a redundancy meeting
