A world of my own

..... Is anyone else looking towards a holiday in the sun? Have you thought about it? Decided where to go? Or even booked it already?

So were you all off to? Home or abroad?

I'm off to Greece in October for 3 weeks, gives you something to look forward to and get you through the cold and dreary winter days and nights. Or am I just sad?

Greek Island great choice, great weather, people, food and scenery. Been all over but have found my idyll that I now go 'home' to every year!

a Primark shoebox in Leicester

I thought it was a lovely day today. The low winter sun shining throught the frosted trees... all looking bright and sparkly. The fresh cold air .... the perfect reason to wear soft snuggly woolies and your favourite chunky coat.

Walking in the door and feeling the warmth of your home wrap around you. Some soft lighting, candles, lighting a fire, a hot dinner and time to curl up on the sofa.

Winter isn't so bad...... at least it's not raining.

Off visiting in Spain in March then considering Gran Canaria at some point.

Rhett is the travel agent for deals. Already found we can save £300 on a brochure price by doing ourselves for the same place and that's just the first search. Saved us a firtune over the years

I'm considering one of then singles holiday things. They look quite good. You have the choice if doing group activities and don't have to feel bad if you want some time alone. Sounds great to me x

If moneys a bit tight but you want a decent (though basic) level of accommodation in Italy check out monasterystays.
