Today is a good day, I too struggle at times, the lighter and warmer days always cheer me up too! Since starting this journey it's actually helped in more ways than one. It a huge confidence boost which in turn makes you feel good about yourself. Hope everyone else has a great day!

I’m feeling good and very positive today

Recently accepted a new job offer and will have lots of free time to spend with family and friends next week. Have also recently booked a holiday that I’m really excited for.

Please don't think I'm trying to rain on your chips in saying this, but as a single guy it's a great way to meet people online - such as in this forum - but it's a bloody awful way of trying to meet people in real life.

That's not to say don't try, but be prepared for it to be unlikely.

However if you accept this place for what it is you'll be fine

Thank you, it's there looming, but if I gave into it, I wouldn't cope with the things I have to deal with today. I'll visit the grave when I get chance and let it out.

I am doing great mentally.

Physically, not so good.

Trying to keep myself busy (that'll be easy, got loads of housework to do) but also just want to lay in the fetal position.

Think I'm having one them days where I just turn into a recluse and shut down, dunno why it happens glad it's very rare, I seriously think this crap weather where having don't help, we need sun and heat,so stick in there everyone summer will come and of course the weekend starts soon
