" I do agree that there’s always going to be someone worse off and it always helps to count your blessings, but that doesn’t mean your feelings or low mood aren’t valid OP A comparison I sometimes use is that it would be seen as worse to lose a leg than a foot, but that doesn’t meant the person only losing a foot can’t be sad about it. It’s important to acknowledge your down days and don’t dismiss how you might be feeling in that moment | |||
