more protein I have a weight issue if I don't eat atleast 5000 calories a day I look anorexic.

I just want to make a statement. Everyone screams about fat shaming. I never heard anyone scream about skinny shaming. I have been told a million times to eat a cheeseburger. But yet if I go on the offensive and say you need to lay off them I am a villain.
