Hello all.

Off to Krakow (Poland) this Thursday with a friend. Back Monday morning - so 4 full days and nights there.

We have Auschwitz and the salt mines on our ‘to do’ list. Any other recommendations ?

If you like the idea of guided tours, you can find one of the local tour guides that are everywhere around the city square. They drive golf cart-like vehicles and can play a range of trips with them. They often do a full day package where they will drop you off at numerous places, such as Schindler's museum, then wait for you when you're done to go to your next location.

The Jewish ghetto area is another popular one on these tours. In my experience, the guides are usually great, with good humour and knowledge to keep you informed on every road you drive down. It's an amazing city

I won’t be much help with Krakow, OP.

However - if you can Google any lists of locations the local tour guides suggest they’d take you to, investigate those and then add to your list if they tickle your fancy.

Also, put ‘tours of Krakow’ or ‘tourist attractions’ (etc) into YouTube and see what the travel influencers suggest

Tonypandy.

Pharmacy under the eagle. It's on the old ghetto square. Fascinating little museum. Was run by one of the few non Jews allowed inside the ghetto.

Tonypandy.

Also worth heading to Warwel castle as they often have limited free tickets each day for events and exhibitions.

Mariacki Basilica is beautiful church with a very unique wooden altar from XV century I believe. You can also climb its tower and admire Old Town. Walk from Old Town after wandering around to Wawel - don't forget to visit the legendary Dragon's cave.

London

Not sure if previously mentioned, but the salt mines are wonderful to see, especially with the church inside.

I almost forgot. I haven't been to this one but looks like a fun quirky place - Pinball Museum
