Place Iphone on hard surface.. Apply huge amount of force from either a hammer, sledge hammer or a hydrolic press of around 80 tonnes..

Cry a little..

Go to EE shop.. Put in for a contract and get a SamSung Galaxy S2..

You will have a new number.. Plus a better phone..

Problem solved..

Other than that ring up your service provider and tell them you want a number blocked and they should do it for you .

Errm really. Well, Android does have a mapping app that works; oh and voice recognition that when you ask it "What is the mass of the Earth?" doesn't respond with "Now Calling Dr Rajesh Koothrapali".

Galaxy S2 + Odin + ClockworkMod + Cynogenmod10 = Fast Reliable and Bloody Stable!

yumsville

think the app is called 'blacklist you' I think. Though I thought there was a feature in your phonebook already set up to do this? Should have the option of an X to block a contact?
