I don't think they have a viable business model. If they'd gone online 15 years ago they'd be up there with Amazon but they're too far behind now.

Many years ago after a weekend in southend me and a mate were driving back on sunday morning, he was driving and he'd straddled both lanes on a dual carriageway doing around 80mph. I put it down to him still pissed from the night before so I said to him, "Er, Dave, pick a fucking lane mate!" to which he replied, "I can't! It says on my licence 'tear along the dotted line'"

I nearly fookin wet meself from laughing so much.
