Any tips on easing bad lower back, this is second time in prob a month mine has gone. Went while exercising this time, been awake for couple hours now unable to sleep and would appreciate any tips on easing it

Deep Heat do a sticky patch that you stick on your skin that heats up.

Get a wheat bag and warm it in a microwave, apply to back. Also alternate with ice pack. Warm baths may help (use Epsom salts). Sports massage may help. Yoga poses - see you tube videos for lower back.

I feel your pain, I am in the same boat at the moment. I use a electric heat pad painkillers until it settles down. Swimming helps me a lot, it's a regular thing with me if I don't go careful. Hope you feel better soon

Strong anti inflammatories, heat and ice packs alternating. A trip to a physio. I have quite a lot of lower back issues, Physio’s we’re the best way
